General Terms
- All prices are exclusive of taxes.
- Domain and hosting services are free for the first year; renewal fees apply thereafter.
- All plans include login details for website management upon delivery.
Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in advance for the selected package.
- Renewal fees must be paid before the domain and hosting expiration dates.
Content and Design
- The content creation cost is 1 AED per word (Basic and Small Business Packages) and 0.50 AED per word (eCommerce Package).
- Additional pages for the Small Business Package cost AED 45 per extra page.
- Design revisions for the eCommerce Package are limited to 3; extra revisions may incur additional charges.
Support and Maintenance
- Basic Package support is charged at AED 200 per hour.
- Small Business Package includes 4 hours of free support; additional support is AED 200 per hour.
- eCommerce Package offers extra support at AED 50 per hour.
- Technical support beyond the included hours will be billed separately.
Delivery and Turnaround Time
- Delivery time for the Basic Package is three days, and seven days for the Small Business Package.
- Delays caused by client feedback or additional requirements will affect the delivery timeline.
Confidentiality
- We ensure 100% confidentiality and secure handling of client information.
- Login details and sensitive information will be shared securely.
Termination and Refund Policy
- Termination of service must be communicated in writing.
- Refunds are not applicable once the development process has commenced.
- In case of termination, any unpaid dues for services rendered must be settled immediately.
Liability
- Qoratech is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from delays or interruptions in service.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services or products integrated into the website.
Modifications to Terms
- Qoratech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Clients will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions.
