Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, may not be eligible for return.
- Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from receipt to initiate a return.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@qoratech.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on proceeding.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with us immediately at support@qoratech.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund if you prefer.
