Shipping Policy

In-Stock Products: Typically ship within 2 to 3 business days via the Qoratech logistics team.
Out-of-Stock Products: Will be shipped within 3 to 4 weeks upon restocking.
Free Shipping: Orders above AED 1000 are exempt from shipping charges.
Flat Rate Shipping: Orders below AED 1000 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AED 15.75.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. For returned products, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Payment Options

Cash on Delivery: Available for orders below AED 600.
Orders Above AED 600: Payment must be made via credit or debit card.
Note: Cash on Delivery is limited to certain order amounts and locations.
