- Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel the service before it commences or if Qoratech fails to deliver it as per the agreed timeline and specifications.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel the service after it has commenced but before completion, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work completed.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued for services that have been completed and delivered as per the agreed terms.
